Excessive sweat gland production is successfully treated with Botox. The active ingredient prevents the transmission of the pulses from the nerve ends to the sweat gland and thus prevents sweating.

Another method of treatment is the suction cure of the sweat glands.

The sweat glands are removed from the underside of the skin via small incisions with special cannulas and suctioned off, and thus a permanent result is achieved.The success rate is 70 to 80% and depends mainly on the radical functionality of the cirical recovery. After the cuiure day, a pressure bandage is applied for compression. This must be worn for 2 to 3 days and changed regularly. Sports activities should be omitted for 4-6 weeks.
