In operations, suitable cutting and suture technique can be used to seek scar formation as inconspicuous as possible. Several different factors influence the scar formation.
These include the depth of the wound, the blood supply of the wound, the thickness and color of your skin, and the course of the scar in relation to the folding lines of the skin. Clean, smooth wound edges, such as those born during operations, heal more easily than blunt, possibly jagged or squeezed wound edges, such as those that can occur in blunt injuries. While we are undisputed, scars cannot be completely removed, experienced plastic surgeons often manage to hide and improve the scars.
In addition to the use of drugs (through hyaluronic acid), there are established surgical procedures for scar correction, which lead to good results in their individual, carefully considered use.
